Very slightly thicker than our standard yoga mat, the Premium mat aims to give you a perfect combination of contact and comfort. The closed cell foam construction gives you the sticky feeling required from yoga mats without being overly tacky.

In yoga, repetition unlocks skill and a greater understanding of the way the body works and moves so it's best practice to work on basic movements and to master them before you move on to more complicated and challenging combinations.

The two tone surface isn't just a design statement, you can use the different colour sections to ensure that your torso, hands and feet are all in the correct alignment when you are doing stretches and yoga poses.
